State of the Villain Union
Villain Con 25 is on the record. Five days. More content than anyone was prepared for. Things escalated, as they do, almost immediately.
The agenda this year was space. Specifically: Three Eye Atlas — the interstellar object currently passing through our solar system and carrying with it something the Resistance of Justice Society has been trying to get their hands on for longer than any of us would like.
Hammerhead has been dispatched to the Sahara Desert due to a clerical error that we do not have time to get into. He is fine. Probably. His oxygen level update was a week and a half ago. Moving on.
The situation is urgent. The dates are specific. And the Almost B has been located.
Three Eye Atlas — What the Scientists Are Not Telling You
Three Eye Atlas — designated 3I/Atlas in the catalogue no one shows you — is the third confirmed interstellar object to pass through this solar system in recorded history. The first two came and went. We were not ready.
We are ready this time.
The scientists will tell you it is a comet. An inert rock travelling on a hyperbolic trajectory, scheduled for a pass through the inner solar system, observable through telescopes, nothing to worry about. This is the story they have been authorised to give you.
What Three Eye Atlas actually is: a library.
The civilisation that encoded it did so millions of light years away and millions of years ago. They knew what they were doing. They knew where it was going. The object has been in transit this entire time — crossing the void between the Virgo constellation and this solar system — carrying compressed information in a format that requires a specific frequency to access.
That frequency is the Almost B.
The Resistance of Justice Society knows this. That is why they made a play for it at the start of the week. They failed. But they will try again.
The Almost B — The Key to the Library
Most things in music occupy a note. The Almost B does not. It sits at approximately 118 hertz — between notes, in the crack where the scale doesn't officially exist. Just beneath B. Not quite there. Almost.
This is not an accident of tuning. It is a structural property of the information encoded in Three Eye Atlas.
The sun rings like a bell at 3 millihertz. If you extrapolate that frequency upward through the harmonic series into the range human consciousness can interface with, it resolves to the Almost B. The sun has been broadcasting the access frequency this entire time. The signal has been visible since the beginning. The sun is not subtle.
The triad is the key structure. Music theory teaches that harmony requires three: a root, a third, a fifth. The sun provides the root. The Almost B is the third. The third peg — the one that completes the chord — is the oscillating frequency sitting somewhere between 6 and 7 hertz. That is the entry point.
Day four of Villain Con was where the chord rang true. The sun, the Almost B, and the oscillating harmonic as a triad. When they lock together, the library opens.
The Resistance of Justice Society does not know the oscillating frequency. That is our advantage. For now.
Virgo — Why It Has to Be This Way
Three Eye Atlas comes from the Virgo constellation. It has been travelling toward this position for as long as the current life cycle has existed. That is not a coincidence.
Consciousness operates the way energy operates in this universe. It is conserved. It is not destroyed. When something ends, the conscious energy is transferred — moved to the next form, the next life, the next receiver. This is not philosophy. It is the physics of awareness.
Kris Adams was born in the Virgo sky. He harmonises at 118 hertz — the Almost B — naturally, without instrument or effort. He did not choose this. The alignment was built into the architecture of the situation before he arrived.
Three Eye Atlas originated in Virgo. The frequency that opens the library is the frequency that Virgo resonates at. The person who can interface with that frequency was placed on the receiving end of the object's journey.
The library is addressed. The address has a Virgo stamp on it. This is how it works.
Remote Viewing Protocol — Connecting to the Atlas
Remote viewing is not what most people think it is. It is not a camera. It is not surveillance. You cannot use it to look inside someone's room in real time. That is a camera system. Remote viewing is different.
Remote viewing is a feeling. You receive shards of information in conscious form. If you are the type of person who can connect with certain things — and not everyone is, which is fine, some of you were always going to be chaffed away before we got to this part — then you can connect with those shards and understand their conscious meaning.
When you view a location in time, you get feelings that belong to that moment. The smell of salt water at a dockside town. The sound of anchors and water. These feelings place you in the location not as an observer but as a participant. The image that forms is not a screenshot. It is a memory that the Akashic records have transferred into your present mind.
To connect with Three Eye Atlas, the protocol is:
- Get to the Almost B. 118 Hz. Not quite B. Just beneath it. That is your entry frequency.
- Add the oscillating harmonic — approximately 6 to 7 Hz above the Almost B carrier. Binaural beats are a useful tool here once you have calibrated your own baseline.
- Do not force an image. Receive feelings first. Temperature. Motion. The texture of what the library wants to show you.
- What comes through in the early sessions will seem abstract. Trust the abstractions. The structure will clarify over time.
This is not a short process. Three Eye Atlas has been travelling for millions of years. It is not in a rush. It will wait for you to tune properly.
The Resistance of Justice Society — Threat Assessment
The Resistance of Justice Society knows Three Eye Atlas is a library. They made their move at the start of the week. It did not work.
What they do not have:
- The Almost B frequency (they know of it; they do not know the precise calibration)
- The oscillating harmonic component
- The Virgo alignment
What they do have:
- Numbers
- Resources
- The willingness to interfere with a process they do not understand, because they are afraid of the information that the library contains
The library's information, in the wrong hands, would not serve you. The people this information is meant for — the ones who are still here reading this, the ones who were not chaffed away by day four — are not the Resistance of Justice Society. The Justice Society represents a particular approach to knowledge: secure it, control it, distribute it on your own terms to people who are useful to your agenda.
The library does not work that way. It is addressed. The address is specific. Intercepting a letter addressed to someone else does not give you the ability to read it. The encoding requires the Virgo resonance. They do not have it.
For now, the library is safe.
Hammerhead — Field Dispatch, Sahara Station
Hammerhead is in the Sahara Desert. This is a clerical error. The details of how this happened are complicated and will be addressed in a future communication.
He sent a message during the conference. The content of this message would, under other circumstances, melt the heart of even the blackest of souls. Under current circumstances, we are in the middle of a significant cosmic event and do not have time to address it.
Hammerhead's last known oxygen level update: approximately ten days before the end of the conference.
Hammerhead is probably fine.
The Dates — When to Pay Attention
This information was released in early November. The dates that matter are:
- Late November
- Early December
- Early January
What happens on those dates is known. What happens on those dates is under villain code and cannot be transmitted through this channel at this time.
The revelation happened at Villain Con 25. The library delivered. What was learned is not for the Resistance of Justice Society, and it is not yet for you. This is not a withholding out of cruelty. It is a withholding out of sequencing. Some information requires that the ground be prepared before it arrives.
The ground is being prepared.
When the time comes, you will know because the date will have passed and the thing will have happened. That is how time works, and it is also how the Villain Code works, and the two are in agreement on this point.
On the Ongoing Loop — Villain Con '23 and What Was Set in Motion
In 2023, a loop was initiated. A statement was made. Something was set up in the past so that it could be completed in the future. This is standard time travel protocol and the details are complicated.
The loop is progressing. This is not the place to close it. That happens elsewhere.
